| Hello, I stumbled appone your journal through a friends. I agree with everything that you said. I use all those as escapes too. except the alcohol. Life is one big let down after another. I once heard this qoute I think you may like it "Change is consistant, Yet everything remains the same" I found it to be very true. Change is all around you, yet it still somehow remains the same.
