| Subject: I must be the world's biggest douchebag |

| If there is anyone in the world who is more of a douchebag than me... damn, I cant even imagine. I watched the first 6 games of the Stanley Cup finals. I'm a Devil's fan. I was born in New Jersey, lived there for 10 uears, and lived only an hour away from the Meadowlands Arena where they play. Before dinner tonite while my dad was watching CNN, it said "Game 7 Stanley Cup Finals 8:00" on the bottom of the screen. I was determined to watch that game. So 8 o'clock rolls around, and I'm completely oblivious to the fact that theres a very important hockey game on. By 8:30, I totally forgot, and sat down to play a video game. About 10 minutes ago, it hit me that: I missed game 7 of the Stanley Cup Finals, one of the most exciting hockey games of the year, because I'm a big douchebag. Yes, I said it. I'm a big friggen douchebag. Douchebag douchebag douchebag! PS: I also break lamps because I'm a douchebag. |

epicyclebanana | 06-10-03 8:59am If it's of any consolation, I spent 11 years living in NJ with the Meadowlands in my backyard (very literally), also watched the first 6 games, aaaaaand I too missed Game 7. Hey, tell you what, we should throw a "We Missed Game 7" party: I'll bring the salsa, you bring chips. |
