All the miles that separate
Disappear now when I'm dreamin' of your face
I'm here without you baby
But you're still on my lonely mind

I think about you baby and I dream about you all the time
I'm here without you baby
But you're still with me in my dreams
And tonight, there's only you and me.

Women can be leaders in the church, however, just some food for thought....Check out 1 Corinthians 34-35. What is Paul trying to say here? Who knows....

Many verses state that women should be submissive to men and how the woman was made from the man...which i understand and respect but i also believe that women should have a chance to preach in the churches...if you look at Romans 16 you can see many of the women leaders... women are saved by grace of God, equal to all, and are told to go out and spread the word...not exactly sure about this but does it say anywhere that women shouldnt be in leadership rolls...? i dunna...my whole outlook on this could be wrong...but for now thats what i believe

yeah thats 1 Cor. 14:34-35... also it does say that women should not be leaders... check out 1 Timothy 2:11-15 and continue on with the qualifications of overseers in chapter 3 verses 1-7 it talks about him, and he refering and indicating that it is a him. There is a difference in preaching and leading. Sunday school teachers lead. I am sure that ability wise a women COULD preach, but it is a man's strength and it is right for men to be preachers. Proverbs 31:10-31 is speaking of the virtuous wife and her responsibities. Romans 16 does not say that they are leaders it says they have labored for the church and provided and served the church.
Women are one in Christ as men, and equal before God through Christ. But authority levels are completly different things and are address MANY times throughout the Bible. Gal. 3:26-29

2 Cor. 12:9-10

Remember that outside commentaries and books may not be correct. The Bible is the complete and error free words of Almighty God... nothing within it contradicts itself and you have to take the context and compare to similar passages.
