i did something bad. something i told everybody i wouldnt do, and now im kind of thinking of doing it again. im really displeased with myself. but i hate how im feeling.

same here, but youve just gotta try your hardest to make it through.

now im kind of thinking of doing it again
awh, if its as bad as it sounds then you probably shouldnt. try to find out whats making you do the bad thing, and then see what you can do to fix it. tell a friend maybe, or a trusted adult.
