| So Julia had this speed clinic thing today from 12-2 and I went, wooo go me! Anyway, so it was great. We worked on our strides and form, my main concern is not collasping into my hips and minor concern is using more of my arms. Otherwise, I'm all good. I'm so hyped up now! WOO! I feel great, tired but great! But then I came home and my mom bitched at me -__- |
