| Prepare to be nothing short of amazed, because what I'm about to tell you is TRULY amazing. I have NOTHING to complain about. I LOVE my new outlook on life, & it has completely changed so many negatives into positive. Ben and I are doing... well, to put it mildly, WONDERFUL! I LOVE this new, non-dramatic ME! It makes such a difference to just let the stupid little things go instead of dwelling upon them or making them into something larger than life! I LOVE how we are. No- we aren't a perfect couple by any means, but I'm beginning to love even our imperfections. I LOVE IT ALL. I dont care how pissy I may get with him or how asshole-y he may get with me, no one but God himself could EVER make me let go of that boy. I cant even describe what has come over me lately, but its just... great, seriously great. Im just completely amazed at what a little attitude adjustment on my part can accomplish. And not just with Ben, but with everything in general. I have more pride in myself now that I actually have a JOB! And its a hardass job too, but I'm sticking it out. I work my ass off, and that is something I never thought Id say. And that right there just boosts my self value by the thousands. (And it'll be nice to have money, also!) So yeah- life is going great. Im sure I wont always be so upbeat or Im sure something will go wrong, but WHO CARES. Things happen, thats a fact and something that cant be ignored, but you CAN learn to deal with those things and take whatever comes in stride. On another note-- sorry I haven't written in so long, but this week has been so hectic, and I haven't gotten down the whole TIME MANAGEMENT thing quite yet. I spent most of the week (after I got off work-- its so weird to say that word, W-O-R-k!) w. benjamin since he was gone for FOREVERRRRRRRR. Today I only worked half a day, and after I got off work, Ben and I went car looking. I didn't really see a whole lot, but maybe a few prospects. Then, we went to Century III Mall and shopped for a little while-- hit up the Victorias Secret Semi-Annual Sale, you know how we do! Then, the best part of the day..OLIVE GARDEN, yummy yummy! That is my most favorite restaurant (well, after CHINESE of course!) Oh yeah-- then we went over to Pap and Gram Speeney's and played ....what else, POKER. And, I WON! ($40 bucks, not too bad, I must say). I'm proud of myself, I was completely low stacked most of the game. (Of course, there was some element of luck involved, but shh.. let them think its NOTHING BUT SKILLS!) So now, I'm going to stay up as late as I can because...*drumroll pllllleeeeeeaaaseeee*... I CAN SLEEEEP IN! (Aww yeah!) Those are the most beautiful words in the English language I do believe! P.S. It's thunderstorming & I must say, for some odd reason, i love it! I love summer storms. Watch me get struck by lightning or something. That'll put a damper on the LOVE! later my lovelies |
