hello woohu. i know i haven't called lately, but i still love you.
for the first time all college long, i feel content. i'm right where i want to be.
i'm taking classes full time this summer and working ( i need money for my crack and booze and the dictionary salesmen, i can never tell them no ). i've been on the deans list ever semester since i've changed my major. i was encouraged to speak at a convention in minneapolis based on the student lead teaching i did within my degree, but i turned that down. not really interested. life is busy enough and i don't 100% believe that my work was newsworthy.
pretty much everyone i've ever know here is gone, graditated. stupid me for taking a year off to "find myself". i'd be starting life too, but instead i'm here, my nose in a book half the time, my hands in my pants the other half. but when i came back here, i started my life over again. a new and beter life. stephanie 2.0. i'm sure i'll need to install some updates soon, but it's cool for now.
chris is getting ready to take his full time position at gm. that means i'll be up here all by myself and we won't be together for a year. that's horribly heartbreaking, but the sacrifices you make for love, lust, careers, education, and money. it'll go by fast. i hope.
we're talking about future plans and looking at houses. it all seems so fast, but it really isn't. it all seems so scary, but a good scary. it's like i'm so happy i'm in a dream, but its my reality.
i guess gabe is coming up here this summer. he's not dead after all. i could of sworn that gf of his offed him. but he was just being a jackass, not dead. it'll be nice to see him and a familiar face around the keweenaw. that never gets old. it'll be nice also to reconnect with an old friend. that never gets old either. i've lost too many of those along the way.
well woohu, it was nice seeing you again *places some cash on the bedside table* umm..i have an early meeting.
