This is pretty much just referring to my own experiences though, some may agree with me.
1) Nothing lasts forever!
2) All little brothers between the ages of 8-12 are the same. They like to say "I like eggs" and like to fart...
3) Sisters are a pain, especially when joined with 4 of her friends. They get WHATEVER they want.
4) Cable is a savior...cherish it while you still have it.
5) People come and go, lose touch and touch again, but one thing will stay true, they're always friends...unless they lose touch and hate you because of something you did.
6) A chapter of a story (let alone 5 stories) can never be finished over summer vacation.
7) Do summer homework, before you slack off!
8) Anything is hard to get done over summer vacation.
9) Plan ahead...or the hotels will be filled.
10) Cats can be gay, too.
11) Practice, practice, practice.
12) Rain helps clear your mind.

14) Money does not last for a long time.
15) People tend to be grouchy during a 3 in the morning card game.

Well, that's all I can think of right now...so, now for explanations!
1 - All of things broke at the dawn of summer...too many to list.
2 - I was chatting with my friend LE when all of a sudden, the IM read, "I LIKE EGGS". I was weirded out...just a lil, until it read, "OOPS I FARTED". I was so disturbed. Turns out, it was LE's brother, Zach. Now, this was really strange because my friend Ashley has a brother, Austin, and he basically did the same thing to me when he IMed me...yeah.
3 - Why is it that little sisters get what they want?!? My sister has had a lot of friends over the vacation already, when I've had...0 over. I asked my mom if one of my friends could come over she says "no" but when my sister asked, THE SAME DAY!, she said "yes"...ARGH!
4 - I lost cable this summer...I'm coping but I'm not getting my daily doses of anime.
5 - It's something about summer vacation that makes you really stupid. It causes you to not think at all about what your about to say. Anyway...I've lost 3 friends by this...
6 - I have so many stories to write! T-T
7 - I have two homework assignments due on the second day of school when it starts.
8 - I'm planning on entering the Rising Stars of Manga contest that TokyoPop is hosting but I can't get my butt in a chair in front of my desk and work on it.
9 - My friends and I were planning on going to MetroCon this weekend...but I dun think that's possible anymore.
