I'm proud of my brother. After school, he was grumpy; couldn't find his black dress shirt. "Dammit." He said. The problem was solved when he found a white one. He left around four. I left at six thirty. The arena was not as warm as I thought it would be. We waited patiently with an enduring plastic grin painted on our faces and humming the tune of 'Pomp and Circumstance' to ourselves. Hurried tapping toes and non-exsisting silence for ages... ..."Kurtis Michael Kline." Graduated. With that perfect smile of his on his face. In my heart he'll always be... forever young. |
