not necessarily, he hasnt been convicted yet. the trial isnt till the 5th, and i hear they got a pretty good lawyer. dont be suprised if he gets off without prison time.

Hes being charged with $40k worth of repairs for the whole chemical crew stuff. Then the possibility or UP to 10 years in prison for this whole thing. It was a felony apparently; malicious destruction of property.
