| All I can say...is OUCH! I popped my knee cap out of place, and pulled a muscle in my arm. But was that enough for moi? Nooo, I had to continue with wearing cartilage away in my right shoulder! My migraines won't stop! I may have to resort to injections. Oh well, nothing new. Farewell for now. |
