even though I kind of hated it.
I don't think the lyrics are hard to understand, so I don't understand why someone would make a parody of it with funny words... Maybe theyre partially deaf. Or stupid.

Its about boy and a girl. The boy really likes the girl, and will tell her whatever she wants to hear so she will like him. And the girl is only using the boy for sex, and he even sees her with other boys and he doesnt care. He even, pathetically, he wishes to be those boys, etc etc.

Well, any song can make sense in some way.. but that song seriously is really hard to understand. Every time I hear it I'm just like, "What the FUCK are they saying?!"

It could make sense, but to me it seems like they just threw shit together.
