| September 30th, 2004. Today will be my 19th birthday. Birthdays haven't really been very special to me. Mostly, they've always gone by relatively unnoticed. But the people I know here seem to make a big deal out of it. Sara and Theresa called me at 12:15 when I was in the library to sing me happy birthday. That definitely made my night. Earlier in the evening I went to the Thai Grill with Megan, Lisa, Sara D., Keith, Jessica, and John. No one really had exact change, so they ended up treating me to a birthday dinner. I felt uncomfortable having my meal paid for, but other than that my first thai experience was pretty good. Today I watched the first year theater students perform their monologues. That was awesome. Almost every single person who went up there was awesome. I really need to practice my own monologues. Tomorrow I'm supposed to go into practice. Well, I best be off to bed... | |
