apparently your messiah isn't as amazing as you all may have though

“I want to be realistic here, not everything that we talked about during the campaign are we going to be able to do on the pace we had hoped,” Obama said in an interview on ABC’s “This Week” program broadcast this morning. “Everybody’s going to have to give.”

He sounds a lot like John Mccain now IMO, I think he jumped into things too soon and then after being elected got some briefings and realized shit doesn't turn over night

I would like to know in the context of woohu, who has referred Obama as messiah.

I am really insulted by the arrogance of assuming that everyone expected that Obama was going to change the world in a day.

True that. And at least he has the balls to announce publicly that things aren't going quite as expected, or things won't be done on the time line that was originally planned out instead of not saying a damn word and basically telling america eff off.

If ANYONE expected him to fix the nation right away, then they have some serious issues to work on. It's going to take a lot more than one or even two terms to fix this shit.

tons and tons of people thought he could fix the nation instantly.

he was the nations "messiah"

and nate, i'm not reffering to anyone on woohu, just what i've heard from the internet.

Oh look, googling antichrist brings up at 4 things about Obama in the first 10 entries. Clearly these extremes encompass the majority of able-minded americans.

well if he did claim to be the messiah, wouldn't that be one of the signs of "the end of times"

Matthew 24:5 "For many will come in my name, saying, I am Christ, and will mislead many."

wich would lead him to be an antichrist righ?

Maybe, if HE DID claim to be. And if you were an idiot.

Or if Revelations was even about "the end of times".

But didn't that Bible say something else about that? What was it?

Oh yeah. "No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father."
